Pro-rata rates for shorter than a week breaks in the winter, subject to a minimum charge.
For the Christmas and New Year weeks, those beginning 20th. Dec. & 26th.Dec. we can only offer pro-rata rates in special circumstances due to the demand.
We ask for £100 damage deposit, returnable immediately after the holiday.
Please ring Lesley for any clarification - in any case she always like to speak personally to our potential quests if possible.
